Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb.
This started when i was working as a teacher in an informal school. Earlier time was a little awkward. i was like a stranger who came in that place. But Alhamdulillah they welcomed and treated me well, especially the head of the unit.
Time by time i learned many things about teaching directly there. Learning by doing. Not only learning how to teach but also to understand the character of the people there. Alhamdulillah, i could make friend with the head of the unit and two teachers there. Didn't take long after i came there, there was another teacher who joined us. Alhamdulillah, we could make a friend better. And there were some other teachers to join us. Alhamdulillah the team didn't break but stronger.
I was happy and lucky to get the chance to be able there and join that team. We could work, eat, laugh and even sometimes we spent time together by hanging out. We made many fun times and made jokes. We cared for and loved each other. Helped and supported each other. I feel that we were not just a partner in working but we were a family. I can say that this is my the best workplace ever and the best team ever that i got.
And time passed and we had a decision in our own life. We went one by one from that informal school with our personal reasons. And still, there are some of them who are still working. Alhamdulillah although the situation is different now, we very rare to meet, but we can keep in touch and yess... love there still between us... 😊
I hope this always be like this, no matter the distance and situation that we have now, but we still can keep in touch and meet sometimes, insya Allah..
