Here they are :


Subject                             To Be

   I                →           am  (Present)    →  was     (past)

 You             →           are  (Present)   →  were   (past)

  We             →           are  (Present)   →  were   (past)

 They           →           are  (Present)   →  were   (past)

  He             →            is    (Present)   →  was     (past)

 She             →            is   (Present)    →  was     (past)

  It               →            is   (Present)   →  was     (past)


Example :

I am a student

You are a pupil

We are pupils

They are teachers

He is a doctor

She is a nurse

It is a good book



The contracted form or short form of them are :

I am          →   I'm

You are     →   You're

We are      →   We're

They are   →   They're

He is        →   He's

She is      →   She's

It is         →    It's
