Regret or not about something that you've wasted, it will depend on how you take it in your life.
If it's just a zero thing and tiny advertising for you, then you know that you won't feel worried and won't feel regret if it's not in front of you anymore.
But it will be different if you take it as an important part of your journey in your life. But you didn't see it before and just realized it when you've lost your time.
Utilize the time and chance that you have, if you mean it, and think that it's important before you lose it.
